Our Story
NStrim was born from a simple frustration: too much time in programming classes and competitions was being wasted on environment setup, installation issues, and the dreaded "it works on my machine" problem.
Co-founders Roberts and Franz have spent years as WorldSkills and EuroSkills experts — mentoring competitors, judging championships, and running web development competitions across Europe. They saw the same pattern everywhere: teachers and organizers spending more time troubleshooting infrastructure than actually teaching or judging code.
NStrim is the solution they built. Teachers create a session, add students, and every student instantly gets their own Git repo, database, and live subdomain — no servers, no DevOps, no headaches. From everyday classroom homework to EuroSkills championships, every student gets the same professional-grade environment in seconds.
The Founders
Software architect with 20+ years of experience across e-commerce, HealthTech, and PropTech.
Roberts has been a WorldSkills International expert, EuroSkills Deputy Chief Expert, and Chief Expert for SkillsLatvia web development competitions since 2016. His students have earned Medals of Excellence at EuroSkills, and his work in vocational education has been recognized with awards from the Prime Minister of Latvia.
Franz has been SkillsAustria's Expert for Web Development since 2016, mentoring Austrian competitors at WorldSkills (Abu Dhabi, Kazan, Lyon) and EuroSkills (Budapest, Gdansk, Herning). Multiple trainees have earned Medallions for Excellence under his guidance.
